As a non-profit organization, all donations made through ishwarsevaudyog.org are treated as voluntary and non-refundable contributions used to support our programs, rescue efforts, and outreach work.

1. Donations

All donations are final. Due to the nature of charitable contributions and our immediate allocation of resources toward ongoing welfare work, we do not offer refunds on donations once they have been processed.

However, if you believe a donation was made in error or suspect unauthorized use of your account or card, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and assist you promptly.

2. Event or Volunteer Registration Fees

If we offer any events, workshops, or volunteering programs that involve a nominal fee for participation, cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund (if applicable) will be made at the sole discretion of Ishwar Seva Udyog, depending on the circumstances.

Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event if you wish to cancel your participation.

3. Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you’ve made a duplicate donation or payment by mistake, kindly notify us within 7 days. We will verify and issue a refund for the excess amount, if confirmed.
